- Works automaticcly as long as it's in his inventory
- Can only be used once

Banana Juice:
- Grants Cranky Kong a few seconds of complete invincibility
- Is automatically activated the second Cranky Kong gets hit the first time as long as Cranky has it in his inventory
- Can only be used once

Potions:

Youth Potion:
- Made with grounded up Yo-Yo's
- When consumed, Cranky will revert in age by 40 years (See "Other Forms" below)
- If the youth potion is consumed by some one much younger than himself, they'll be turned into babies by default
- Effects of the youth potion are only temporary and last a few minutes (anywhere from 8 to 14)

Punch by DoctorMooDB
Super Sonic Mega Punch Pack:
- Upon consumption, makes the user shake and look disoriented for a few seconds
- Afterwards, makes them gain crazy green eyes with swirls in them
- Makes them rowdier, braver, and gives them a desire to fight
- Increases their strength to the point where they can plow through an entire army of Kremlings with ease
- Also increases their lifting strength
- They can even destroy and break large thick metal beams with their bare hands
- All effects are temporary, and wear off after some time

Tickle Tonic:
- Makes who ever drinks it laugh uncontrollably for awhile
- Needs to add the last ingredient right before he uses it (Which is in a small bottle) so it can be it's most effective
- Cranky can try to pour it down his opponent's open mouth or trick them into drinking it
- Can be poured on a snow ball and then thrown straight into some one's mouth

Sleeping Tonic:
- Makes who ever drinks it fall asleep
- Makes them unable to wake up for a few minutes to a few hours
- Cranky can try to pour it down his opponent's open mouth or trick them into drinking it
- Anyone under it's effects can sleep through pretty much anything

Voodoo undo:
- If some one is put under a spell or a curse, drinking this will remove it
- If poured on the ground, it'll sprout a large tree filled with bananas
- Eating the bananas from it will also undo any spell/curse

Acid:
- A purple beaker containing a metal eating acidic compound
- According to Cranky, If one was to drink it, it would dissolve their innards in a "bananosecond" (Which is the time it takes for one to slip on a banana peel and hit the pavement)

- Can most likely be used to melt/dissolve things (Including Cranky himself if he isn't careful)

Magic Items:

Cranky's Spell book:
- A Spellbook containing numerous spells.
- Was written by Cranky's great aunt "Grouchy Kong"
- Upon saying an enchantment from the spellbook, a spell is cast.
- Can use the incantation
"Got a lizard that's gabby and flabby? Noose that sucker, and no more blabby!" to make a person freeze completely in place while also leaving them completely silent.
- Can use the incantation "Sunrise to sunset: A bunny hop, a pirouette!" to make a person hop around uncontrollably.
- Can use the incantation "Gimme gimme never gets; Don't ya know ya yodels yet" to make  person uncontrollably yodel.
- Can use the incantation "Hiccup here, hiccup there, jumping jacks in the air" to make a person uncontrollably perform jumping jacks.
- Can use the incantation "Gobble Gobble Cluck Cluck. This one always bring good luck" to make a person act like a chicken.
- Also has several spells where the incantations are unknown, but the effects were shown on screen, including:
- Can grant the user flight in the air.
- Can make a person run around with their arms spread open making air plane noises
- Can make a person run around moving their arms making train noises
- While under these effects, the victim seems to have no idea what's going on around them
- All of these spells aren't permanent, as Krusha and Klump were left in their spell cast stats by the end of the episode but were fine the next
- Was used to stop the island of Kongo Bongo from sinking into the ocean from
the "double curse of Bluebeard Baboon"
- According to King K. Rool, more spells include:
- Bringing down mountains.
- Chlorokinesis, being able to summon flowers.
- Turning a target into a puppet on a string. (Though this may be figurative on K. Rool's part.)
- Shrinking targets down into possibly the size of an insect, rendering them able to be swatted or squashed.
- Freezing intangible beings, such as holograms.
- Can turn people obedient
- Being able to transmute objects into cheese.
- Transforming targets into big-eared mice.
- However, it's unknown if these last few spells are literal/possible (since they're never seen or performed on screen) or if K. Rool was speaking figuratively about most (if not all) of them.
- While Cranky does own this book, it's unknown how proficient he is at using it since he's never seen using any of these spells on screen (And any spells that were used were used by King K. Rool) and he's never even been seen reading/studying it either

The Crystal Coconut (TV Series):
- Cranky's most powerful item
- Not to be confused with the "Crystal Coconut" he uses on his rocket powered bongos (See below)
- Usually resides in his tree house where it's disguised as a celestial globe which can be opened when Cranky taps his cane on the ground
- Very sturdy; Donkey Kong kicked it across the island and it was completely undamaged after landing
- Donkey Kong actually broke his teeth trying to bite/eat it

- Has the power to make one the ruler of the island of Kongo Bongo (or at least decide who should rule the island one day)
- According to Cranky: It's a fortune teller, a teleporter, a power supplier, and a wish fulfiller
- Can float around with magical incantation: "one banana and "zing-zang-zote, Then say 'coconut' and it should float"
- Can stop floating around with the incantation: "Pull the plug, sink the boat, now the coconut will no longer float"
- Seems to have a mind of it's own
- Because of the power of this item, Cranky prefers not to abuse it's power or use it often
- However, Cranky WILL use it's power if he's desperate enough
Clairvoyance:
- Can be used in a similar manner to how a fortune teller uses a crystal ball
- Will some times answer questions that Cranky asks it, such as helping him find items by pointing them out or distinguish between items by pointing out the right one for him to take
- Can even teach others how to mix potions (Taught Bluster how to make a love potion)
- Can be used to see into the present or find people, places, or objects by projecting their images on it
- Can also see small vague visions of the future to hint at events to come
- Will some times warn the Kongs about what's to come despite them not asking it anything
Astral projection/Teleportation:
- Cranky Kong can use the power of the crystal coconut to teleport himself where ever he wants
- Can also teleport to the locations of who ever he's looking for no matter where they go
- When he does so, Cranky becomes a hologram where ever he winds up
- As a hologram, Cranky is able to fly and becomes completely intangible like a ghost
- Can still be seen by people and talk to them directly
- However, he can't really do much as a hologram since he's unable to touch anything himself
- Usually uses this deliver messages, gather information, check on people, or simply help distract enemies
- Though upon teleporting, Cranky does leave the crystal coconut behind, so he needs to be careful when he does it
- Will reform to normal and return to where ever the crystal coconut is currently located when he's done

Wish Granting:
- Can grant actually grant wishes
- Past wishes include:
- Making Klump cease doing spastic dancing movements
- Making a large pile of Bananas for Donkey Kong to eat (As well as a large pile of bananas for Lanky to eat in the manga)
- Making Diddy Invisible (and later making him visible again)
- Made Donkey Kong sleep forever while stopping time itself in the process (though animals/people were still able to move around in frozen time, the only thing that seemed to stop is the world around them)
- Was used to revive Donkey Kong after he died from eating a poisoned banana cake (Manga)
- The true extent of it's wish granting powers are unknown, and for some reason they can't just be used at any time

Healing:
- Can be used to heal wounds and nullify pain by merely glowing
- Immediately healed Diddy's finger after it had previously been injured
- Extent of healing abilities is unknown
Weaknesses:
- Even Cranky Kong doesn't know the extent of what the crystal coconut can do; Many of it's powers are still a mystery even to him
- It's possible that it's power can be disrupted with a powerful curse. If this happens, the coconut's power will grow weaker until it completely fades away with it's power only returning if the curse is some how lifted
- It's power can also be disrupted by intense storms/weather
- Cranky prefers not to bring it with him because of the chance that it can fall into the wrong hands or that he'll even lose it
- Can also be used by enemies if they get a hold of it
- The user has to be careful what they say/wish for while around it: When Donkey Kong said "I wish I could sleep forever" with out knowing the crystal coconut could hear him, it granted his wish by pure accident and put him in a permanent slumber
- Has a habit of having it get stolen from him and often needs DK to get it back
- Some powers seem inconsistent or aren't explained well; seems to just do what ever the plot wants

Rocket Powered Bongos:

Rocket Powered Bongos:
- Bongos that allow Cranky Kong to take flight
- Can be controlled based on how he hits/plays them
- Increase Canky's speed in the air significantly
- Can maneuver around missiles and even laser beams while air borne
- Can even allow him to rocket around in space
- Cranky's in particular has the following Stats:
Boost: 4/5
Speed: 4/5
Agility: 4/5
- Arguably has some of the best stats in the game tied with K. Rool and second only to "Ultra Barrel DK"
- Can attack with a flip kick while in mid air

- Runs on/stores up Bananas as fuel, which can be used to execute "Wild Moves"
- Can perform a "Wild Move", which temporarily launches him forward at great speeds
- However, "Wild Move" can only be used six times before running out
- While performing a "Wild Move" he can ram through enemies and obstacles obstructing him path
- However, the "Wild Move" will stop immediately if he hits something he can't break through (like a wall of steel)
- Allows Cranky to use the following power ups:

Blazing Banana:
- Leaves a flaming Banana on the ground or in mid-air for opponents to accidentally run into
- Being a Kong, Cranky can actually use several of them before they deplete

Melon:
- Allows for temporary invincibility while using the Rocket Powered Bongos

Crystal Coconut:
- Allows temporary invincibility while using the Rocket Powered Bongos
- Also grants the ability to use unlimited "Wild Moves" during use
- Not to be confused with the crystal coconut from the animated series (See "The Crystal Coconut" above)

Mini Necky:
- A miniature version of the DK character "Necky"
- Flies up to an opponent from behind and rams into them
- Can also make them lose Banana's if they're carrying any

Backward Barrel:
- A Barrel that Cranky throws behind himself at enemies in the back
- It then splits into three barrels which then hit enemies
- Said Barrels are unbreakable

Mini Zingers:
- Summons a swarm of small Zingers that remain in place
- If an victim runs into them, the mini zingers will attack
- As they do so, the enemy's speed will be slowed down for a few seconds
- In order to get rid of them quicker, the victim must some how accelerate to a higher speed

PineappleLauncher by DoctorMooDB
Pineapple Launcher:
- Based off Chunky Kong's weapon from Donkey Kong 64 (But it doesn't have the same upgrades/capabilities)
- Shoots a Pineapples at the enemy
- Knocks them away and also leaves them momentarily stunned

WildElixir by DoctorMooDB
Wild Elixir:
- Grants one additional "Wild Move"

MegaTNT by DoctorMooDB
Mega TNT Barrel:
- When used, it makes a TNT Barrel appear above all his targets/rivals in the area
- The Barrels then all drop at the same time, blowing up in their faces
- Makes enemies get their movements reserved/inverted
- Makes them unable to use their items
- Can't be avoided
- Effects are only temporary

Other:

Phonograph:
- An old fashioned record player
- Cranky Kong can use it to play "Sound FX records", allowing it to play all kinds of noises
- Can play the sound of bullets, bombs being dropped and blowing off, animal sounds, ect
- Can be used to trick or distract opponents; Cranky sets it up and plays it somewhere they can't see it

Robot:
- Does what ever Cranky Kong tells it; will build things, retrieve things, attack things, ect
- Though some times it can take things literally (Such as if Cranky tells him to "Step on it", it'll actually step on something)
- However, being made of scraps and appliances, it's easy for one to take it apart or break
- It's possible he can switch his opponent's mind with this robot via his Brain Transfer Helmet (See below)
- Has a toaster on it's head, so it probably makes toast too

Brain Transfer Helmet:
- A pair of helmets that can switch the minds of who ever they're on
- Do so when one presses the button on either helmet
- Buttons are small and located on the side
- Can even switch a robot "brain" with that of a flesh and blood being

Novelty Prank Items:
- Cranky Kong has several pranking items he uses to trick people, including:
- A joy buzzer that deliveries an electric shock to his victims
- A small blue box that contains green itching powder
- A yellow jar with a blue label that contains sneezing powder
- Whoopie Cushions
- Catapulting/spring loaded cream pies

Banana cream pie surprise:
- A banana cream pie with a bomb built inside
- Is handed to a victim before it goes off in their face
- The explosion is small, but leaves them burnt up and covered in ashes

Metal File:
- Can be used to scrape away at metal bars and wear them down until they break off
- Cranky has it on hand in case he's ever thrown in a cage or a prison cell
- Cranky can use it fast enough to escape from containment rather quickly

Other Forms:

YoungerCranky by DoctorMooDB
Younger Cranky:
- An alternate version of Cranky Kong that's 40 years younger
- While in this form, Cranky becomes much stronger; He's able to bust through stone walls and ceilings with out breaking a sweat
- Could stop a speeding mining cart filled with Kremlings with just his finger
- Seems to be faster too; Ran from his tree house all the way to K. Rool's cave in a short amount of time
- Can also jump great heights and distances that Cranky can't normally do on his own
- Due to being younger he's also in better shape:  Has more energy and stamina so he doesn't tire as easily
- Also doesn't have to worry about pulling his muscles or hurting his back when he pushes himself while in this form
- This form is only temporary (Anywhere from 8 to 14 minutes) and Cranky will revert back to his old self after his time is up
- The true extent of this form is unknown; Though this form doesn't seem to be as strong as he was back when he was the original Donkey Kong
- Most likely the age of this form is nowhere near the age he was back when he was in his prime back when he fought Mario as "Donkey Kong"

Weaknesses:

- Can some times hurt his back or pull a muscle if he over exerts himself, which can slow him down for a moment or leave him open for attack (This happened in the show and various manga, but never seems to happen in the games)
- Stamina is more limited due to his age; will some times need a moment to catch his breath after pushing himself
(This happened in the show and various manga, but never seems to happen in the games)
- Despite his strength, he's still no longer as strong as he used to be back when he was the original "Donkey Kong"
- According to his grandson Donkey Kong: Cranky's eye sight isn't the best these days (hence why he needs glasses)
- Can be very arrogant; has a very high opinion of himself and can under estimate his foes
- As a result, he can some times get himself into trouble due to under estimating how difficult and dangerous something is
- Has been kidnapped on occasion and has needed saving himself
- One can use his barrels against him by picking them up and throwing them back
- Will get stuck in a barrel if sealed inside and won't be able to break out
- Will go into a frantic panic if anything bad happens to the crystal coconut (assuming he brings it with him to battle)
- In his current age he is more used to working on a team than going solo
- Carries around a very embarrassing photo of himself for some reason

"We never had any of this fancy 3-D stuff! Oh no, we had to survive on what we had! And what little we did have, we were happy with! Well, I've never seen anything like it!"

DISCLAIMER: YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK ME PERMISSION TO USE THIS BIO. JUST PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHEN YOU DO USE IT. I REPEAT; YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ASK ME TO USE THIS BIO. I JUST WANT TO BE CREDITED FOR MY WORK ON IT. Also note that this bio has not been updated since 2018, so there's a chance it could be out of date if new media/information have surfaced since.

Well, the power hasn't died in my house yet, but I needed something to do while I was snowed in... lol.

And feel free to exclude the crystal coconut from your battle if you think it would be a little too OP or if you'd find it too out of character for him to bring into Death Battle...

No, I did not include any scaling to Lord Frederik or K. Rool (Which would make him Island level which many people agree on) or his scaling to Diddy's non-canon moon feat, or scaling to any of DK's feats which scale to Mario's due to my personal disagreement. If you wish to make use of such information/scaling if you use this bio in a full fledged DB, I won't stop you, but I won't be adding any of that to this bio personally.

Composite Cranky Kong coming later today

Some credit and thanks to :icontoongamer619: for informing me of Cranky's spell book... seriously, thanks a ton! I can't believe I missed that X_x I feel embarrassed for over looking such a thing...
